Born in December 26, 1942 in a respectable Muslim family in Jhenaidah and in an enlightened village called Kancherkole. His Late father Al Hajj Dr. Habibur Rahman was a philanthropist. His grandfather was disciple of Haji Shariatullah in charge of Khustia, Jessore and |Khulna. He was given title of Faraizi because of his active role in spreading true value of Islam. His maternal Grandfather was a Judge of Calcutta Court.
